Shipping & returns


We usually ship our skateboards for children and clothes on monday and thursday, from Biarritz, France. For orders placed in France, Europe, Switzerland or U.K., packages are usually sent via La Poste and should be delivered 3 to 6 days after shipping. For orders placed in others countries, please contact us, we will provide you a personalized shipping costs. Free shipping over 150€ for orders placed in France.

We are unable to take responsibility for any lost parcels once they have left France, however will do our best to assist you in the tracking of items where necessary. Where you are returning an item, due to incorrect sizing choice or change of mind, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs involved to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please be aware that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of certain products and taxes etc., and our orders designated for shipment to countries outside of U.E., may be subject to import fees of which we have no control over and are unable to provide estimates of, as they differ widely from country to country. We cannot take any responsibility for the payment of import fees, taxes or other associated import costs to any country, as these costs are the responsibility of the recipient – where you have concern regarding this, as your purchase amount is over the countries declared threshold, we recommend you contact your local Customs office for current charges before placing your order or visiting a duty calculation website such as https://www.simplyduty.com/import-calculator/


Returns can be made for our skateboards for children in original and unused condition (original packaging recommended) and clothes if the item/s have not been worn, washed or damaged, with original packaging and all tags attached. They must be returned at customers expense within 7 days of receiving, please contact us for further return instructions

We highly recommend sending items using a registered tracking service as unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for returned items that go missing in the post.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and issue your store credit, within four business days.

Should your return not meet our criteria we will communicate this with you directly via email.
